1 or higher next to a bread on a given date, you can reserve it for that day.
A 0 means we’re fully booked (or we’re not baking that day).
Please note: sourdough is a slow process that takes about 30 hours from start to finish.
Last-minute requests aren’t possible if a date shows 0 remaining.
